Return & Refund Policy
Pupku wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not fully satisfied, Pupku provides a straightforward return and refund process within 14 business days from the date you receive the item.
For orders received more than 14 business days ago, Pupku offers a hassle-free 6-month warranty to address any product issues.
This return policy applies to all regions/countries where Pupku offers shipping services (except for remote areas).
Return Eligibility
Pupku accepts returns for both defective and non-defective products within 14 business days. If you're not fully satisfied with your physical product or related software service, you can request a refund within 14 business days of purchase.
For all returns, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be in its original condition, including all accessories, user manuals, quick start guides, and any promotional gifts received with the order.
- Item must be new, unused, and in its original packaging.
- The item must be returned with all original packaging intact.
- The refund request must be submitted within 14 business days of receiving the product.
Defective items are those with manufacturing flaws or functional issues. (Products damaged due to misuse or improper disassembly are not considered defective.) Defective items must meet the above conditions to qualify for return.
If the product does not meet all these conditions, Pupku cannot process your return request.
Non-Refundable Conditions
Returns or refunds cannot be processed if any of the following apply:
- Item not in original condition: used, damaged, or altered products are ineligible.
- Missing accessories or packaging: incomplete products will be refused.
- Damage due to misuse or improper handling: not eligible for return.
- Return request made after 14 business days from receipt.
Pupku reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds that do not meet these conditions.
Return Shipping Costs and Duties
Pupku will cover return shipping costs and duties if the product is defective or incorrect. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and duties if:
- The product is not defective or incorrect, and the return is due to a change of mind.
- Return requests are due to delivery delays caused by the carrier; Pupku is not responsible for carrier delays.
How to Return Your Item
- Email us at upickpicksales1@gmail.com with clear photos of the damaged item(s), packaging, and shipping label for assessment.
- Once approved, we will email you a return label and instructions.
- Print and attach the return label; pack the item securely in original packaging.
- Drop off the package with the designated carrier for pickup.
- After receiving the returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 3 business days. We will notify you once completed.
Important: Returns not approved in advance will not be accepted.

Return Address
The return address on our website is NOT the correct address for returns. Once your request is approved, we will provide the correct return address via email.
Exchanges
Exchanges are processed as returns followed by a new order. The fastest way to receive an exchange is to return the original product and place a new order.
For exchanges not due to defects or Pupku error, customers will bear return shipping costs and applicable duties.
Refund
After inspection, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method, typically within 4 business days. Refund arrival depends on payment method:
- PayPal: 1–3 business days
- Credit Card: 3–7 business days
- Google Pay: 3–7 business days (depending on bank)
- Apple Pay: 3–7 business days (depending on bank)
If you haven’t received your refund within the specified time, contact us for a refund tracking ID.
Cancellations
Cancellations are accepted before shipment. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
No Restocking Fee
We do not charge restocking fees for any returns.
