Pupku currently provides shipping services to the following countries and regions: United States, Canada, Mexico, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Sweden, Finland, Poland, and Australia.
While we strive to process and deliver your order as quickly as possible, certain remote areas may impose delivery restrictions. Please see the table below for excluded regions:
- United States (USA): Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands
- Canada (CA): Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, remote northern communities
- Mexico (MX): Remote areas in Baja California Sur, Chiapas, Oaxaca, Yucatán Peninsula
- United Kingdom (GB): Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Skye, Isles of Scilly, Channel Islands, Isle of Man
- Germany (DE): Islands such as Helgoland, East Frisia, and other rural isolated regions
- France (FR): Corsica, French overseas territories (e.g., Guadeloupe, Martinique, Réunion)
- Sweden (SE): Remote areas in Lapland, Gotland, Öland
- Finland (FI): Northern Finland (Lapland), remote Baltic Sea islands
- Poland (PL): Masuria, Podlasie, and rural northeast/eastern regions
- Australia (AU): Northern Territory, Western Australia, Outback regions, Tasmania
Note: We do not accept orders with military addresses, including but not limited to:
- USA: APO, FPO, DPO
- UK: BFPO
- Canada: Canadian Forces addresses
- Germany: APO/FPO/DPO
- Other countries: similar armed forces or diplomatic postal systems
Orders placed from these excluded locations will be refunded. Thank you for your understanding.
Shipping Charge
Pupku offers FREE shipping on eligible orders within specified regions, excluding remote areas. There are no hidden fees.

Once the goods are dispatched to the carrier, delivery times depend on third‑party logistics providers. Pupku is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance, local courier services, extreme weather, or other unforeseen events.
Tracking
We will send the tracking number via email once it’s available. After logging into your account, you can also view and track your order directly on the Order Details page. Please note that tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after shipment.

VAT & Duties Policy
All applicable taxes, duties, and import fees are included in the final product price. Customers usually do not need to pay additional VAT or duties.
In rare cases, depending on local regulations, extra charges may apply upon customs clearance. If you are unexpectedly charged, please retain all receipts and contact our customer service team. We will review the charges and refund any eligible extra costs.
Incorrect Address & Delivery Issues
Please ensure your shipping details are accurate before placing an order. Pupku is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses, including undelivered or returned packages.
By placing an order, you confirm that your address is correct and accept responsibility for any issues caused by inaccurate details.
